ตำแหน่ง : [Kokotel KhaoLak Lighthouse] FB Service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar
- Prepare tables, service equipment, and dining areas before and after service
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the service area at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Provide basic information about menu items and promotions to guests
- Handle guest requests and basic complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
